Jeddah, Jan 22, 2020 – Almajdouie Motors Company, the authorized distributor of  Changan cars in Saudi Arabia, announced its sponsorship of Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University’s initiative to launch a survey on the importance of women driving cars, and the role this decision played at both social and economic levels in Saudi Arabia.

Following the success of last year’s survey entitled “She Drives KSA” and achieving its objectives, which observers considered as one of the most important surveys issued in collaboration with the Research Center at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University in the Eastern Province, Almajdouie – Changan took the initiative to sponsor this survey aiming at  highlighting the most important positive results that resulted from the decision of women to drive the car, and its direct impact on the society, environment and national economy, as well monitoring and documenting the transition period before and after this decision and its consequences on the future of Saudi Arabia.

The survey questions focus on participants of both genders on the role of family members and co-workers by encouraging women to make driving decision, the role of community members and their acceptance of this decision, in addition to the role played by this decision in protecting the family, stimulating economic movement, and changing the community’s concept towards the woman future role in leading the future of the Kingdom in implementation of Vision 2030.

We always try to provide activities, in cooperation with other public or private sectors as well as involved specialists in these activities, which benefit all segments of the community, therefore, we decided to sponsor this survey to identify the views of the community, analyze information and data in order to generalize its benefits.”

Noting that the survey was conducted over a period of three 3 months and the results will be announced through an independent committee of the University and some administrators to spread the benefit to all.
