Almajdouie Changan unveils all-new “EADO Plus” model
Changan “EADO” 3rd generation hits the Saudi Markets

Dammam, April 06, 2021 – Almajdouie Motors Company, the authorized distributor of Changan cars in Saudi Arabia, welcomed the all-new Changan “EADO Plus” model upon arrival at the company’s centers in the Kingdom, The all-new “EADO Plus” represent the 3rd generation of the former EADO model, which first appeared in the Kingdom’s markets five years ago.

The all-new EADO Plus model features a distinctive exterior design with a wide front view that enhances its sporty appearance. AEDO Plus model is equipped with star eye headlamp with smoked technical processing, plus the lenticular LED headlamp, the lighting performance and lifecycle are improved. Most important that the design style shows new DNA of EADO Plus. The car is fitted with an intelligent panoramic sunroof, and elegant seats covered with high quality leather.

Technically, the model is equipped with the latest technologies of driving systems, including an adaptive cruise control system, a feature that keeps the vehicle’s speed steady or increases / reduces speed on its own, depending on the distance with the vehicle in front of you, as well as maintaining a safe distance with the front car, monitoring its movement, slow down when front car decelerate, stop when front car stop and speed up when front car is out of safe distance automatically without any interference from the driver. The car, as well, is equipped with an electronic parking brake (EPB), which works automatically when turning off the engine and releases when press the acceleration pedal. These advanced systems and other driving assistance systems allow the driver complete safety to drive under various road and weather conditions, even in the absence of the driver’s attention to the road while the car is moving, in addition to dual screen keep at same altitude for the driver’s easy use. All these features allow the all-new “EADO Plus” model enjoys a high safety rate, and reflects the company’s high level of development.

The all-new EADO Plus model is equipped with two blue core engines, the first one of 1.4-liter that produces a maximum torque of 260 Nm at 1500 rpm, and is characterized by its great power compared to other models of the same category, as well as a significant reduction in fuel consumption. This powerful engine is partied with a 7-speed dual-clutch DCT transmission. The other engine is a 1.6-liter GDA that produces up to 161 Nm at 1,000 rpm, making it one of the best-used engines in cities, and partied with a 6-speed CVT automatic transmission.
