1-1 Exclusions
The present package is subject to the following cases of force major exclusion Breakdown due to “fire, theft, thunderstorm, hail, earthquake, flood, all types of explosives and water saturation.
1-2 A Non-negotiable condition:
The above stated towing advantages stipulated in item 1-1 are conditional upon the customer’s unequivocal consent to have his disabled vehicle towed to the Almajdouie Auto service centers only. Should the customer elect to have his vehicle towed to any other destination, all rebates and/ or free offers under this clause in this instance per se shall be deemed inapplicable, and all executive services shall be charged to the customer’s account.
